About this wine
A fruit forward wine with an edge, it's by no means a Ribena! Both red and black fruits are abundant, with a subtle smokiness that makes it feel a little more grown up, the tannins are smooth but certainly there. A real triumph from Portugal.
If you're a Portuguese wine virgin, this bottle couldn't be a better place to start. The reds of Portugal often get forgotten but they're great, and are also fab conversation starters for a relaxed dinner date....
This wine is also vegan.

Originally founded by Monks in 1908, Cabriz is now one of the most successful brands in the Dao region.
It's location is a perfect setting for great wine, it's vines are located between 400 and 700 metres, with soils rich in schist and granite, all of which make for rich, delicious and age worthy wines.
