About this wine
Made from grapes from the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry, this is a deliciously refined Blanc de Blanc
This banging little fizz punches well above its weight. You're looking at a fresh and mineral champagne that packs a load of creamy, chalky texture - which is a hallmark quality of Blanc de Blancs from the Côtes de Blanc. In this part of Champagne, Chardonnay reigns supreme and the wines are all about freshness and acidity with structure for days. Boutique to a "T", this isn't your mainstream, mass produced fizz with only a few thousand bottles made each year (compared to Brut Imperial which Möet & Chandon make nearly 30,000,000 bottles of each year).

The producer
Since 1932, Bonnaire Champagne has been producing quality grower fizz that is certainly worth the fuss. Spread over 25 hectares, the Bonnaire family have been tending to the wines for several generations.
Only a 2 hour drive from Paris, the Cramant based maison produces multiple cuvees that personify the Côtes de Blanc region. Jean-Louis Bonnaire, along with his two sons supporting, manages this authentic grower house in the heart of Champagne.
