Cotorie wines use only the best grapes from Wildeberg's tiny production each year. They have a philosophy of minimal intervention, making wines that really display the essence of the soil they’re grown in.
To really get the most out of the grapes themselves, rather than the method of making, they are picked in whole bunches and left to give up their juice slowly. Then they spend a few months in French oak and come out tasting amazing.
