About this wine
A classic in all the best ways. Domain Séguinot-Bordet have crafted a village Chablis where the dreamy peach and fresh citrus aromas overflow from the glass.
Chablis is bright and has loads of acidity making it perfect either on its own or with a range of different foods. True to form, this Chablis strikes the perfect balance between juicy and steely. There's loads of juicy, ripe peaches, lemon and lime juice, crunchy green apple and a healthy lick of slate-like minerality. It's slick and refreshing and pretty much the only thing I'd want with a big serving of Bouillabaisse. Side note: I'm happy to cook if you bring the wine.
