Les Pivoines, Beaujolais Villages 2021, Beaujolais
ABV-13%
This Beaujolais is cool. Not just because the label makes it look like an artwork, but because the real artistry is in the bottle. This fruit filled sensation is also better with a little chill, for extra cool points.

About this wine
Beaujolais is making a comeback in trendy wine circles, but there is nothing elitist about this varietal. It’s just big, booming, juicy fruit that everyone loves.
The producer uses whole bunches of Gamay grapes to get things started with this wine. The result is a wonderful vegan wine filled with fruit compote flavours and vibrancy. The yummy jam flavours go great with BBQ food, but are just as happy in a glass on a warm evening while you sit back and relax. It’s the perfect red for those who like to chill.

Samantha Bailey is the master blender behind the magic. What she doesn’t know about wine isn’t worth knowing, and what she does know makes for a scrummy bottle. The Beaujolais is just one of a selection of exceptional wines coming out of Boutinot France.
