About this wine
If there was a drinkable equivalent to Prince's famous purple jacket, then this would be it. It's smooth, it's velvety, it's sexy - having a sip is basically tasting purple rain.
It might be stating the obvious as Malbec and BBQ's have become inseparable over recent years, but next time you get invited to an 'Asado' (or decide to throw one yourself) make sure this is the wine you bring. In saying that, our Toso Malbec is so easy to drink, you certainly don't need an occasion to enjoy a glass.
What Makes It So Grape?
Produced in Mendoza, Argentina
Headed up by Rolando Luppino and Paul Hobbs, both among the most serious players in the Argentinian wine game, the estate produces gold medal-winning wines every year and is recognised internationally as being among the best in Argentina.
Mendoza is at the foot of the Andes Mountain range, and holds 75% of the total vineyards in Argentina, as well as the largest number of wineries in the country. This makes it the most important wine province in Argentina, where tradition and innovation meet to make world-class wines.
