About this wine

This is a great example of a classic Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc blend. What makes it great? Well, it's delicious. And what more could you want from a wine? There is so much depth in the flavours that you're sure to find something new to love in every sip. The only thing more entertaining is the conversion that flows alongside the bottle.

The house white of choice for Gordon Ramsay, Rick Stein and more, the fresh bursts of citrus and apple are provided by the Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the blend, with the Semillon adding texture and complexity. This wine is also vegan.

Sauvignon Blanc

Produced in Bordeaux, France

Although French, this excellent Sauvignon Blanc is made by British hands. Angela and Gavin Quinney moved 15 miles outside Bordeaux from London, and have created a vineyard rich in the best of the region.

A thousand rows of vines cover a third of the land, where they grow classic Bordeaux varietals including Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Each stage of the vinification process is conducted across their vineyards and in their own winery, to ensure that their wines are always of the highest quality.
