Terrasse Chenin / Chardonnay Field Blend, 2019, Keermont, Stellenbosch
ABV-13.5%
You unbox this fairly unassuming bottle and keep it in the fridge. How foolish to judge a book by its cover. This is an exciting read. It tastes like a Hemmingway and takes you further. This is a tropical wine, rich, ripe and full to the brim with sweet stone fruits.

About this wine
Head winemaker Alex Starey has created some wine wizardry in this South African blend. It is bursting with the flavours of honeyed stone fruit, subtle tropical notes and a hint of oak.
If only this wine could sing, because if it could, it would be Grammy worthy. The four grapes come together in perfect harmony and should have you dancing round your kitchen. This wine is also vegan.

Keermont is situated high up on the picturesque Blaawklippen Valley, otherwise known as Paradise Valley.
Head wine maker Alex Starey favours a more natural approach with few chemicals, they aim to capture the beauty of the place in which the wines were cultivated, and with a name like paradise valley, that's no bad thing!
